FAQs:

How much does it cost?

The fee structure for the 15th is as follows:

Adults
Early Bird$295
Regular$325
Onsite$375
Saturday Only (Onsite)$100
Children (3 and up)$50
Children under 3 (As of May 19th 2022)Free

The fee includes all weekend activities, bands and DJs, class meals, unlimited beverages and your costume. Housing will be charged separately.

*Please note that costumes are not available for children under the age of 2, but we encourage you to dress them in orange and black.

What does registration cover?

Your registration fee covers class meals for three days, unlimited drinks, costumes (pending availability so register early!) and entertainment for the entire weekend, as well as paying for the student crew. We have done our best to keep costs down while still ensuring a fun weekend for everyone.

What does children’s registration cover?

Registration for children 3 and up covers kids meals, a Reunions costume (t- shirt) and accessories for the child, a portion of the mothers nursing/changing room, kids entertainment/performers, a play area that will be at the Reunion throughout the weekend, as well as the crew time to set it all up. Children under 2 are free of charge.

Does my registration fee include housing?

No. That is an additional cost ($150/bed for Princeton; $200/bed for Rider). We have been allotted an extremely limited number of (1) On-Campus beds and (2) Rider University beds for the weekend. Classmates will be able to request ONE bed (first-come, first-served) when registration opens. Assuming beds are remaining when you register, you will see housing as an optional add-on when you register. We will be enabling a waitlist for any beds that become available throughout the spring.

Again, On-campus housing is very limited and we encourage you to book hotels/Airbnb/etc., if you want to be guaranteed housing. At this time, most of our room blocks are full. You can still book a room at the Chauncey Hotel or the Hilton. We will update the class if we’re able to secure additional rooms at nearby hotels.

What is this COVID attestation?

This is governed by University policy and, unfortunately, we can’t change it. If you answer no, you will not be able to register for reunions. You are required to adhere to university policy with respect to vaccinations as of the date of reunions; therefore, it is subject to change.

What about childcare?

There will be child-friendly activities at the headquarter site throughout the weekend, but adults must remain with the children at all times. If you are interested in childcare, you can register your kids for Tiger Camp.

If I cancel or revise my registration, can I receive a refund? (for reasons other than COVID)

Significant expense is incurred based on the expected number of attendees. As such, the following refund policy has no exceptions. Registration fees are fully refundable prior to March 1, 2022. Registration fees are 75% refundable between March 1 and April 1, 2022. NO REGISTRATION FEES WILL BE REFUNDED AFTER APRIL 1, 2022.

Note that Housing fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, but if you are unable to attend you may designate another classmate to use your reserved bed.

Will I receive a refund if COVID cancels Reunions again?

In the event that Reunions is canceled again, we will work with the University to issue as much of a refund as possible (hopefully at 100%).

Can I make changes to my registration after it has been completed?

Yes. Please reach out to Gaby (Barahona) Omenn (gaby.omenn@gmail.com) to make any changes.

What if I can’t afford to come to Reunions?

The Class wants as many classmates as possible to return to campus for reunions. On the registration page, Classmates have the option to contribute to a class financial assistance fund. If you are in need of assistance in order to attend reunions, please contact Dani Villoch at d.villoch@gmail.com by March 18th, 2022, preferably sooner. If you have already submitted a request, there is no need to resubmit it. The registration team will contact you if additional information is needed.

Guidelines for assistance:

  1. Only requests received by March 18, 2022 will be considered. All requests will be considered after March 18 (it is not first-come, first-served) once the amount of available funds is determined. Notification of assistance decisions will occur by April 1, 2022.
  2. All requests for support will be held in confidence and only be seen and considered by the event leadership team.
  3. In your request, please specify the reasons for your request and how much support is needed.
  4. Support will only be provided for registration and housing, not travel or other expenses.
  5. There is no guarantee the class will be able to assist all classmates who apply or that all fees will be covered. There is a limited pool of funding. Financial support for Classmate attendance will be the top priority, before supporting spouses or children.

What do I do if my spouse/partner/guest is a member of another class?

If your guest chooses to register through the Class of 2007, then they will have access to every part of the 15th reunion activities including meals and costumes (pending availability). If your guest registers through his or her class, then s/he will not receive a costume or be able to attend Class of 2007 meals.

What about spouses/partners of deceased classmates? Can they register?

Absolutely. Please have them reach out to Gaby Omenn (gaby.omenn@gmail.com) for further instructions.

I can’t make it for all of Reunions. Can I register for just one or two of the days?

The Class wants as many classmates as possible to return to campus for Reunions, so we look forward to seeing you any day that you can make it!

You will be able to purchase a Saturday-only ticket during on-site registration but we will not be able to guarantee a costume for you.

Who do I contact if I have registration questions?

If you have any questions about registration, please contact Reunions Chairs, Dani Villoch and Serena Dayal (d.villoch@gmail.com and serenapdayal@gmail.com) or Registration Chair, Gaby Omenn (gaby.omenn@gmail.com).
